Key Features:

• Durable Stainless Steel Construction: Crafted from high-quality stainless steel with a mirror finish, the Browne Octave Chafer not only exudes a polished appearance but is built to endure the rigors of professional catering. Stainless steel is known for its resistance to corrosion and staining, ensuring the chafer's longevity and durability.
• Rectangular Design: The rectangular shape of the chafer offers a visually appealing and efficient food-holding solution. Its dimensions, measuring 26-1/2 inches in length, 21-1/2 inches in width, and 16 inches in height, provide ample space to accommodate large quantities of your delicious dishes.
• Fully Retractable Roll Top Lid: This chafer is equipped with a fully retractable roll top cover that opens smoothly to a 180° angle, allowing for easy access from both sides of the table. The cover has a built-in stop at 140° for single-side serving, making it convenient for service staff to manage.

• Auto-Tension Adjuster: The automatic tension adjuster ensures that the roll top cover operates smoothly and closes securely. This feature contributes to the convenience of use and minimizes any concerns related to cover movement.
• Complete Set: Your order includes a 20" x 12" x 2-1/2" food pan, (2) fuel holders, and a dripless water pan, providing all the essential components for a successful food service setup.
• Vent Holes in Cover: Vent holes in the cover allow excess steam to escape, preventing condensation and ensuring the quality of your dishes.
• Mounting Studs for Electric Heater: The chafer is equipped with mounting studs for an electric heater, offering versatility for your heating requirements.
