Cuisinart Egg Central (CEC-10C) has a two-tier cooking system that cooks up to 10 eggs at once, to hard, medium or soft consistency. Removable trays let you poach eggs and make omelets too.

Cooking time is set by the amount of water: fill the included measuring beaker to the right level and pour it onto the cooking plate. A built-in LED light, audible alert and standby mode help guard against overcooking.
