Description

The David Shaw Canning Rack lifts and supports jars at the edge of the canner, so filled jars can be lowered in and lifted out without tongs and with less risk of scalding. It measures 12" in diameter and holds up to 12 standard jam jars.

The stainless steel frame has long handles with acacia wood grips, and the rack folds flat for storage. A practical tool for home canners making jams, jellies and preserves. Jars are not included.
