The Emile Henry Sublime+ round casserole holds 3 L (3.2 qt) and serves 2 to 3. This is the Grand Cru (burgundy) colourway, with a red lid on a dark body.

Made in France from ceramic, it is designed for searing, browning, simmering and roasting on every heat source, including induction, gas, glass-ceramic, halogen and electric hobs, and it also goes in the oven, microwave and freezer (from -20 °C to 290 °C). The enamel is made to go from oven to table to dishwasher. Exterior dimensions are 31 x 25.5 x 16 cm, with an interior diameter of 22 cm.
